This year has certainly been an unusual one in history. Although the world had to slow down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many individuals kept moving forward. We were excited to open our dental practice to regular dental care on May 11, 2020. All of our efforts in ensuring patient safety during dental treatment have been well-received. Some patients have stated we are even more prepared than the hospital.
I have listened to many of our patients in the last few weeks describe their home projects, time with family and experiences with working from home. As we get back to a new normal on the planet, we all will keep moving forward and growing. This is true as well in our dental practice. I am excited to announce a new addition to our dentist team! We would like to welcome Dr. Rebecca Fronheiser who will be joining us effective July 20, 2020.
Dr. Fronheiser recently completed a 10-year commitment of military service in the Army. She was most recently stationed at Fort Bragg, and her experiences in the Sandhills Area made her want to continue to call Moore County home.
Her experience in dental practice and her knowledge base will be excellent additions to our dentist team. Besides practicing general dentistry, Dr. Fronheiser has a special interest in Dental Sleep Medicine. She completes her Dental Sleep Medicine Boards early this fall and she is looking forward to offering treatment to our patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea and are candidates for oral appliance therapy instead of CPAPs.
Dr. Fronheiser and I have had many opportunities to work together and discuss our treatment philosophies on dental care. We share similar values and ideas about dentistry and I am certain she will take excellent care of every patient she encounters.
We look forward to seeing all of you and your smiles soon!
Sincerely,
Dr. Shannon Allison
